Description:

Toasted Amaranth Bran Flour is a high fiber, polyunsaturated, high protein, gluten-free alternative, with a balance of amino acids that surpasses that of most true grains (such as wheat, corn and rice). It also naturally contains Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and high levels of a variety of vitamins and minerals including calcium and iron.

Toasted Amaranth Bran Flour has a unique flavor and texture that adds greatly to variety breads, pancakes, cookie mixes, and other baked products. It can be used as a natural additive, which gives food a distinctive flavor while enhancing the nutritional content.
