The Celiac Sprue
Association (CSA) is a member-based, 501(c)(3)
non-profit support organization dedicated to helping
individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis
herpetiformis and their families worldwide through
information, education and research. Throughout
the United States, local chapters and resource
units offer support group opportunities and telephone/on-line
assistance. Partnering with medical and research
communities and food providers since our beginning
in 1977, CSA offers many useful, up-to-date resource
materials, as well as an annual education conference.
