Makes 2 servings
3 oz. brussel sprouts or asparagus
3 oz. lima beans, cooked (chilled)
3 oz. barley, cooked (chilled)
3 oz. soybean sprouts
1 ½ oz. Brazil nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. soy oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. chopped parsley
½ tsp. rosemary
½ tsp. salt
½ cup Nu-World Amaranth Snackers-french
onion crushed
Steam brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes. Combine
all ingredients and mix well. Crush French onion
snackers and add.
